Lately I’ve been helping several people connect with the ghosts around them and in their lives. And I seem to be running into some of the same themes over and over again.
Most of the people I’ve been helping normally can already sense when there is an extra presence in the room. And when I ask them if they meditate the general response is that they can’t seem to focus long enough for it. This post is going to address several things in getting started.
The first is your meditation. I also had a lot of problems focussing on meditation when I got started but then I was introduced to these things called binaural beats. They are tones for your headphones, one ear will play one tone while the other ear will play a different tone. When the two tones play together our mind makes its own tone inducing a natural state of relaxation. Combining these beats with simple breathing exercises you can accomplish a full blown meditative session on the first try. Just remember when your body is all tingly like that you are making progress. You are going to want to get proficient with meditation before you proceed any further with trying to hear.
When you are meditating, normally you try to focus inward to try and better yourself from within. When you are trying to listen to the entities around you you want your point of focus to flow outward. Slowly recognizing the different energies around you, when you first “hear” something it will be more like you feel something. Something vibrating against your own energy, the more time you spend honing and tuning your focus on that vibrating sensation the clearer the voices will come. Eventually you’ll get to the point where you don’t even need to meditate to hear.
The second is safety, checks and balances. For safety measures you may want to burn some sage coupled with dragon’s blood incense to keep negative entities from trying to contact you while you are in this vulnerable state. As you start your work through this the sensation of hearing the entities may cause you to second guess yourself and wonder if you are going crazy. For this I recommend arming yourself with both a digital audio recorder and wavepad. This way when you are entering your meditation sessions you can record what is happening around you via evp and check what you heard with what was said. Which will either confirm what you heard or show you you still have work to do. This will help you establish a checking system to ensure you are on track.
Anyway this is my short intro on learning to hear the unseen around you, give it a shot you may surprise yourself.
Love always,
Mr. J

Lately I’ve been pushed more and more into the metaphysical world and have been practicing a lot more. Once again this blog is taking a directional change. Bet you all wish I’d just make up my mind eh? It’s ok. I don’t really care I just like rambling and sharing my mind.
Soon you will find spells, meditations and creative insight and helpful tips… Only instead of posting them all at once I’ll be posting them as they come up in my life. No sense in rushing all of my information out there or I’ll never have anything to talk about.

This is an excerpt from the book “Get centered” by Nathaniel Altman and Sirona Knight
From the chapter “Deepening the the Self”
This meditation is called letting go. I don’t mean to infringe on anyone’s copyrights but posting this here will make it easier to access later. And if you are into meditation and enjoy this exercise check out the book it’s chalk full of helpful exercises for expanding your experience.
Letting Go
All of us are carrying around fears, anxieties, and other emotional baggage from our past. These inevitably project themselves into our relationships. The following meditation is designed to help us free ourselves from these negative images and feelings. It is best to do it in a quiet setting with candlelight
You are going to take a trip to a special resort, which is located in an area well known for it’s hot springs and healing waters. Surrounding this mountain retreat is a soothing pine forest. You are going to remain at this retreat as long as you wish for healing and rejuvenation.
Imagine yourself at the resort. You are walking through the pine forest and see many separate streams that flow into one large beautiful pool. The air is crisp and clean. It has the scent of freshness. You instinctively know you will be able to heal yourself completely in this sylvan setting.
As you pass the streams, you see a small sign identifying the symptom which the waters will purify. There is a stream for every possible fear, including yours. By bathing in these waters you will be able to experience a complete release of all the negativity from your present and from your past. Remove your robe and ease yourself into the stream that suits your needs. Remain in the running water until you feel totally cleansed.
When you are ready, proceed to any other stream that will heal the fears you experience. After you have been cleansed by the healing waters, you feel ready to immerse yourself into the pool of self-love. You dive into the fresh, clear water and find that it is just the perfect temperature for you. There are bubbles of effervescence teasing your skin. You immediately begin to relax and feel refreshed. The pool of self love is the ultimate healing. The waters have washed away all beliefs and attitudes that have caused stress and negativity in the past.
You can perform this meditation whenever you wish. Each time you do it you will feel a deeper level of cleansing. Experiment with the streams to see which ones you require at any particular time. Always Finnish the exercise with a swim in the pool of self-love into which all the other streams flow.
